Rough equality of strings on TML

Also as on DDL and DML, fields of one or several sections of tree in TML can be rough equal. Besides that, calculated deviation can be assigned into field

Operation "rough equality" can be applied to many fields of tree simultaneously, including to fields of sharers. Sum of points on all this comparisons (including on all sharers of all nuntaku) is named variance. If comparison "rough equality" is ended untruely at least for one field, in continuing or in finishing functions, then all tree does not go into result of request. Trees, came into result of request, are sorted and extracted in order of increasing of variance (i.e. tree with the least variance goes first).
